Ecommerce Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Parkside Office Professional. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' end consumers, handling inbound and outbound calls, processing manual orders, and managing the entire order and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Manage and process orders using Magento, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and maximize sales.
- Returns and Refunds: Oversee the management of ecommerce returns, refunds, and Trustpilot reviews, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of issues.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve customer service processes, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in customer experience.
- Ecommerce Experience: A background in ecommerce or customer service, with experience in phone-based roles and proficiency in using systems quickly and efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with customers via phone and email, and provide exceptional service.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
- Magento Experience: Experience with Magento is a plus, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
