* Processing orders manually
* Upselling products to customers
* Managing orders and deliveries
* Managing the Magento system
* Managing the ecommerce mailbox
* Handling ecommerce returns and generating reports
* Providing product knowledge to customers
* Managing reviews on our website and Magento
* Monitoring and responding to Trustpilot reviews as necessary
* Participating in weekly operations calls with the team to discuss opportunities and challenges
* Supporting and covering for the wholesale team as needed
* Performing general administrative tasks

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Magento and ecommerce systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
