About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ecommerce Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Parkside Office Professional. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' end consumers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Order Management: Process manual orders, manage the entire order and delivery process, and oversee order checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ecommerce Expertise: Utilize Magento system expertise to manage the ecommerce mailbox, process returns, and enhance the customer experience through upselling and product knowledge.
  • Communication: Respond to customer reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, providing detailed and informative responses to maintain a positive brand image.
What You'll Do

In this exciting role, you will be the voice of our client's brand, providing top-notch service and support to their customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ecommerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Magento, and experience with order management and customer service processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
