Reception Services Coordinator

As a Reception Services Coordinator at Ariel Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Managing Patient Appointments: Assist patients in obtaining appointments at a time and place convenient to them both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Patient Communication: Respond to patient requests for information or assistance by ensuring these requests are directed to the most appropriate person in the practice.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and other clinical members of staff to respond to their requests for information or assistance and to liaise with external agencies as necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide cover for the main reception telephone, ensure messages are passed on quickly and accurately, and take necessary action.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and initiatives within the practice, including maintaining a clean and tidy waiting room and assisting with post opening and distribution of correspondence.
Requirements- Qualifications: GCSE A-C English and Maths
- Experience: Desirable experience of working in primary care or a GP practice
