Sales Office Coordinator

Gap Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Sales Office Administrator to join their team in the Speke area. This is a permanent position with a company specializing in Industrial Hose & Pipe Fittings.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to assist with planning, production, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Inputting quotations and orders into the system
  • Managing order processing tasks and ensuring timely completion
  • Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Updating customer records on the CRM system
  • Responding to emails and communicating with internal and external departments
  • Performing general administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring all customer service standards are met and diary management is up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the industry is beneficial, but training will be provided
