Sales Office Coordinator

Gap Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Sales Office Administrator to join their team in the Speke area. This is a permanent position with a company specializing in Industrial Hose & Pipe Fittings.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to assist with planning, production, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Inputting quotations and orders into the system
- Managing order processing tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Updating customer records on the CRM system
- Responding to emails and communicating with internal and external departments
- Performing general administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring all customer service standards are met and diary management is up-to-date
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the industry is beneficial, but training will be provided
