Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Scheduling Consultant to coordinate our home care services, ensuring seamless transitions between clients and care professionals.

\

Responsibilities:

  1. \
  2. Coordinate complex scheduling scenarios, considering multiple factors such as travel time, holidays, training, and last-minute changes.\
  3. Collaborate with our client services team to match care professionals with new clients, facilitating smooth introductions and relationship-building.\
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and care professionals, fostering positive experiences and strong bonds of trust.\
  5. Work with our care team to resource and schedule new and existing care packages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.\
  6. Comply with our Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy, respecting employment and service delivery principles.\
  7. Provide backup support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.\
  8. Maintain accurate records on our electronic scheduling system, adhering to data protection protocols.\
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver optimal results.\
  10. Contribute to a positive work environment, supporting colleagues and promoting teamwork.\\/ol>

Essential Criteria

\

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

\

Experience: Significant experience in scheduling or a related field, preferably within a home care or logistics environment.

\

Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands.

\

Qualifications: NVQ 2/3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.

\

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
