Job Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Coordination Specialist to coordinate our home care services, ensuring seamless transitions between clients and care professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules for our clients and care professionals, taking into account travel time, holidays, training, and last-minute cancellations.\
  • Collaborate with our client services team to match care professionals with new clients, facilitating smooth introductions and relationship-building.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and care professionals, fostering positive experiences and strong bonds of trust.\
  • Work with our care team to resource and schedule new and existing care packages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.\
  • Comply with our Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy, respecting employment and service delivery principles.\
  • Provide backup support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.\
  • Maintain accurate records on our electronic scheduling system, adhering to data protection protocols.\\/ul>
