Revenue Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Growth Manager to join our sales team at Arcade. As the primary point of contact for all sales-related matters, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to address any shortfalls.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of managing significant annual revenue (ideally over £25m).
- Strong leadership abilities, with a knack for mentoring a seasoned team.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Passion for food and drink that extends beyond just work.
Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £100,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including equity participation, comprehensive health insurance, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
