About the Role

Synter Coventry is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team in the Finance & Insurance department.

As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of finance operations; helping manage sales enquiries and developing the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations they have entered into, doing so with integrity and treating customers fairly.

The ideal candidate will have high achieving Sales Executive or Sales Controller experience, sound financial and commercial understanding, and an outstanding work ethic.

You will lead from the front, inspiring colleagues to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential while driving finance and add-on performance forward.
