Exeter College is seeking an experienced Clinical Workforce Development Manager to join our thriving Faculty of Healthcare, Childcare and Public Services. This newly created role will involve managing the clinical curriculum at all levels, with a focus on Higher Technical Education. You will work closely with our NHS and healthcare partners to ensure collaboration and manage a team of dedicated placement officers.

You will have significant experience of working in Healthcare and be a Registered Nurse or Midwife. A recognised teaching qualification for the Further Education and Skills sector is also required. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of the clinical workforce of the future and have access to excellent benefits and discounts, along with staff development opportunities, wellbeing services and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the clinical curriculum at all levels
  • Liaise with NHS and healthcare partners
  • Manage a team of dedicated placement officers

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of working in Healthcare
