Key Responsibilities:
As a Homecare Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering clinical care to patients in their homes, including administering medical treatments, providing wound care, and training patients to manage their conditions. You will also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN who displays a high level of care and empathy. You will be well-organized, comfortable managing your own workload, and possess basic IT skills. A full UK driving license is essential, as you will be required to travel between patients throughout the day.
