Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team at the Mardon Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe patient care and ensuring an environment where all patients and carers receive compassionate and individualized care.
The successful candidate will have a passion for nursing and a forward-thinking, creative outlook. They will be supported by an experienced peer group and receive regular clinical and managerial supervision and support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team to deliver nursing care with a rehabilitation ethos
- Acting as an expert resource and role model for the unit team
- Ensuring timely patient admissions and discharges
- Providing clinical supervision and people management
