We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Development Administrator to join our team at C-Change Scotland. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and other additional support needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with individuals with varying abilities, and possess a strong understanding of self-directed support principles. You will be responsible for providing outcome-focused personalized support that is creative and flexible, adapting to the changing needs of the individual.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to help them achieve their goals and live their life to its fullest potential. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to health and safety policies, and contributing to a positive team environment.

**Salary:** £12.03 - £12.15 per hour pro rata
