Compassionate Community Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to support service users in the community, promoting their independence and enhancing their experiences.
About the RoleAs a member of our team at Keane Premier Support Services South Lanarkshire, you will provide assistance with personal care, medication administration, nutrition planning, and light housekeeping duties.
- Key responsibilities include supporting service users with daily tasks, administering medication as required, and assisting with meal planning and preparation.
- You will also be responsible for performing light housekeeping duties, helping service users manage their finances, and ensuring access to healthcare services when needed.
- Fostering relationships between service users, family, friends, and the wider community is crucial, as is maintaining awareness of equality, diversity, and cultural sensitivity at all times.
You will enjoy a competitive salary of £12 per hour (Real Living Wage), company vehicle use while on shift with insurance and fuel provided, and a paid 4-day induction program.
