Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as medication management, household chores, and personal care
  • Encouraging individuals to engage in hobbies and interests

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, nursing)
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
