Are you passionate about early years education and care? Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young children? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Team Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership.

About the Role

As a Nursery Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of early years educators and providing outstanding care and education for children aged 3-4 years old. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong background in early years education and care, with a minimum of level 3 qualification.
  • Is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
  • Can inspire and motivate colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others.
