About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and education to our children.

As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in meeting targets relating to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention. You will also be responsible for the overall management of the nursery in the manager's absence.

We are looking for someone who holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in a nursery setting. You will need to have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements and be able to inspire a large team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.

As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to providing the highest quality care and education to our children. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Nursery Manager in meeting targets relating to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention.
  • Manage the nursery in the manager's absence.
  • Lead a large team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
  • Uphold exemplary levels of customer care and champion partnership working.

Requirements:

  • Early years qualification at level three or above.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements.
