About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Grandir UK's Webbs Wood Nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in the effective day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in leading the team and driving the nursery's vision and goals.
  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality childcare practice.
  • Support the Nursery Manager in achieving occupancy targets and maintaining a positive reputation for the nursery.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with staff, parents, and carers, ensuring open and transparent communication.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the welfare and well-being of children and staff.
