We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Team Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the development of our children aged 3-4 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to our children
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning experiences that meet the needs of all children
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a smooth running of the nursery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff

Requirements:

  • Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting
  • Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners
  • Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported and motivated
  • Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment, champions partnership working and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others
