Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Leader in our Early Years setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 3-4 years old.
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in Early Years education.
Requirements
  • Hold an Early Years qualification at level three or above and have demonstrable experience of working in an Early Years setting.
  • Have excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
  • Be able to inspire and motivate colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and ensure their team feels nurtured, supported, and motivated.
  • Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment and champions partnership working.
