Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at HighCross Leicester. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
