Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Leicester, St George Retail Park. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving team engagement and maximizing sales opportunities.
As a Retail Store Manager at Dreams, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for managing and motivating your team to achieve set goals and targets, while maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment.
The Job:As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and motivating your team to increase sales and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Driving a positive environment within your store, ensuring you and your team are regularly involved in business initiatives, sharing best practice and having fun.
- Proactively leading your team to achieve set goals, expectations and targets through effective coaching and training.
- Motivating and inspiring all of our valued team members.
- Managing the store rota to ensure we have the right people working at the right times.
- Walking the floor regularly, ensuring store standards are consistently high so every customer has an exceptional experience.
We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a strong track record of store and team management, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results. You will be highly communicative, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
You will be a results-driven individual who is motivated to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will be highly adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be a strong leader who is able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.
