Talent Development Director

We are looking for a talented Talent Development Director to join INTEC Energy Solutions in London, UK.

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per year.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR professional to drive talent development and forge strategic relationships across the organization.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent development initiatives that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent development plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Manage payroll operations, including end-to-end payroll, salary adjustments, and benefits administration.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, oversee employee onboarding, and drive performance management.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and oversee employee mobility.
  • Offer expert guidance on human resources matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Present regular reports to headquarters and ensure alignment with company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Master's degree in HR or related field is beneficial.
  • At least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager with a proven track record in delivering HR services.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage people effectively, negotiate conflicts, and drive team motivation.
  • Able to empower and inspire HR teams.
