About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor at Leicestershire County Council, you will play a vital role in supporting our vision of creating homes and places where people want to live. You will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints to a high standard and building trust along the way.
About You
We are looking for a talented individual who has experience of working in a fast-moving, pressurized environment dealing with complex levels of data and conflicting priorities. You should have knowledge and experience of using contact centre technology/bespoke IT systems and be able to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issues and a commitment to the implementation of Leicestershire County Council's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer complaints to a high standard
- Build trust with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Develop and present written or verbal information in a clear and concise manner
