Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Rapier Employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, working closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services and products
  • Identify and escalate any customer complaints or issues to the relevant team members

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable

Working Hours:

Our ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with an average of 40 hours per week.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Location:

The role is based in Worksop, with easy access to public transportation.
