Customer Service Advisor Opportunity

Rapier Employment is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our client's support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Utilize Microsoft Packages to manage customer data and generate reports
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience in a similar customer service role
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages and data entry skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain accurate records
