Customer Service Advisor Opportunity

Rapier Employment is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our client's support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Utilize Microsoft Packages to manage customer data and generate reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry.
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Own transport is preferable or ability to get to site.
  • Confident manner on the phone and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages and data entry skills.
