About the Role:

We are searching for an experienced teaching assistant to join our team at Aspire People. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification (NVQ/CACHE preferable) and recent primary school experience within the last 2 years.

You will be working with two children who require 1:1 support due to their complex needs. This includes providing personal care and managing challenging behaviour.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
