Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our team of education professionals. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils in local schools to provide high-quality support and contribute to the development of a positive learning environment.

About the Role

This is a flexible day-to-day role with the possibility of longer-term placements if desired. We expect our teaching assistants to be outstanding members of staff who have experience working within schools, are confident with the curriculum, hold relevant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 in child care or a TA course), and can provide quality support to teachers and pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively with teachers to deliver high-quality educational support to pupils.
  • Support teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
