About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance support within a school environment, possess excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality finance support to schools, academies and local authorities.
- Communicate effectively in a clear and professional manner with customers through various means.
- Have a sound working knowledge of risk management best practices and comply with relevant operating procedures.
- A competitive basic salary of £25,000, plus opportunities for career progression.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 23 days' holiday (rising to 27), a hybrid role with regular travel across Cumbria and the option to purchase additional leave.
