The Position:

We're seeking a highly skilled SSAS administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing of new and existing business cases, providing guidance to junior colleagues, and maintaining our CRM database.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Processing new and existing business cases with precision and accuracy
  2. Guiding junior team members and supporting senior colleagues
  3. Monitoring workflow to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
  4. Maintaining our CRM database and transactional records
  5. Performing mathematical calculations and audits
  6. Liaising directly with clients and their financial advisors

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one to two years' experience working with SIPP or SSAS pensions
  • A solid understanding of technical knowledge and commercial principles
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A talent for numbers and problem-solving

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £34,700 per annum, dependent on experience
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays; holiday entitlement increases following promotion
