Pension Services Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Pension Services Coordinator to join our team at Sammons. This role will involve working closely with our Pensions Administration Department to deliver high-quality pensioner payroll services.
About the Role:
- Prepare and manage the pensioner payroll process for client payrolls, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Be responsible for a portfolio of payrolls to process from start to finish, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile payroll costs and changes against the Pensions Admin System, guaranteeing seamless transactions.
- Ensure timely payments to pensioners, HMRC, and third-party bodies, upholding agreed controls and security protocols.
- Produce and distribute P60s (including online P60s), maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently, with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel to an intermediate level is essential.
