Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our Aftermarket team at a leading Valve manufacturer. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage internal sales activities to drive revenue in the aftermarket valves sector.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to meet customer needs and ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to offer seamless service and product delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and expand market presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the valves or industrial sector, with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience in a Team Leader / Management role and a qualification in Engineering.
  • Good communication, literacy, presentation, and computer skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Technical sales experience selling to End users and contractors.
