Industrial Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Director to join our team at Thomas Broadbent Centrifuges. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering sales of capital equipment and upgrades, driving business growth, and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and sales revenue
- Lead a self-contained department consisting of sales, contracts, purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing teams
- Manage the departmental budget to ensure a positive contribution to the company's net profit
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams members to achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business success
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Skill Requirements
- Proven track record in industrial sales or a related field with significant experience in leadership and management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
