Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail stores, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Our retail stores offer a wide range of premium beauty products from leading brands, including Clinique, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, M·A·C, and Tom Ford Beauty. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they are meeting their sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they are meeting their sales and customer service targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store manager and assistant manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering a high-quality shopping experience.
- An approachable and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability across days and hours, with the ability to work a variable schedule.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
