Project Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Strategy Manager to join our team at Samuel Frank. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist engineering business based in Staffordshire.
The successful candidate will be a British passport holder and hold a degree qualification. Key aspects of the role include:
- Providing expert advice and support to clients
- Developing delivery strategies for specific business objectives
- Working with the Senior Leadership team to build trust and influence decision making
- Advising clients on best practice and identifying areas for improvement
The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, with a background in electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering. They will be able to quickly assess engineering-related situations and offer advice and guidance to client organisations.
