Job Overview

In this pivotal role as Senior RAMS Engineer, you will lead the charge in ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our complex systems. Reporting directly to the Project Directorate, you will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction of our RAMS studies and management processes.

About You
You hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent from an accredited institution and boast substantial knowledge and practical experience in performing reliability engineering across various industries. Your expertise extends to defining RAMS study structures and processes, monitoring performance, and tracking action lists. You are also well-versed in presenting insightful dashboards, chairing reviews, and engaging with OEMs and interface control documents.

Responsibilities
  1. Define and implement efficient RAMS study structures and processes.
  2. Monitor and report on the performance of RAMS processes to stakeholders.
  3. Track and escalate action lists to ensure timely completion.
  4. Present actionable insights through clear and concise dashboards.
  5. Chair reviews and meetings to drive decision-making and progress.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and interface control document holders.
  7. Evaluate and recommend maintainability deliverables.
