Job Title: Senior Technical Services Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Services Engineer to join our team at Experis. As a Senior Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering first-class 3rd line technical support and resolving P1 & P2 scenarios effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level 3rd line support for Windows / Wintel Server Genealogy, M365, O365, SQL, IAM, MS Defender, SCCM and/or Endpoint, VMWare, Cloud Azure & Azure AD, Active Directory Manager, Storage & Hosting, Automated Access

* Investigate P1 and P2 incidents, MS Desktop Applications, Windows Servers, Virtualisation and Storage Components, Availability Groups, Failover Clustering, Fault Finding, Diagnostics and Documentation of Complex Issues

* Liaise with 3rd party suppliers

Requirements:

* Experience of supporting Servers, Virtualisation and Storage Components

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Wintel Servers

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a team environment
