We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to ensure a unique and memorable in-store experience for each customer.
  • Leading by example, using your coaching and mentoring skills to support the development of other team members.
  • Carrying out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
  • Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining high standards of store appearance, product knowledge, and customer service.
