We are seeking an accomplished Primary Care Specialist to join our urgent care centre service in the West Midlands area. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and play a vital role in promoting clinical excellence within the service.

Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators:

  • To provide expert care to patients, addressing their physical and emotional needs in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  • To contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • To participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes.
  • To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care and achieve excellent patient satisfaction rates.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in nursing or a related field, with current registration with the NMC.
  • Significant experience in primary care or A&E settings, with a focus on minor injuries and illnesses.
