Job Title: After School Care Leader

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Teamkids team as an After School Care Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children in your care, assisting the Director of Service in launching and developing our new service in Preston VIC.

About the Position:
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development among primary school-aged children.
  • Maintain open communication channels with parents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the school community to plan and execute events and activities that foster positive relationships.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in childcare or education is highly regarded.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedicated and passionate about working with children.

Annual Salary Range: $48,500 - $63,000
