Clinical Care Specialist

As a Clinical Care Specialist at Healthnet Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care services to patients in their own homes. With a focus on clinical excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Advisor to join our team based in Swadlincote.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing support to patients with rare and orphan diseases, as well as more common conditions. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure that patients receive safe and effective care, while also promoting a positive experience for our customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, ongoing training and development, and professional registration fees paid.
Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience within a clinical setting, RGN Part 1 of the NMC Register, ENB 998 and/or teaching experience/qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
