About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Radiography Research Coordinator to join our team at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. As a key member of our research team, you will play a vital role in coordinating research activities, supporting departmental audit and service evaluation, and participating in locally generated research.


Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate research activities, including participant recruitment, image acquisition, data collection, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support departmental audit and service evaluation, providing advice to colleagues and contributing to the development of quality assurance programmes
  • Participate in locally generated research, contributing to the design, implementation, and evaluation of research projects
  • Collaborate with the research team to raise the profile of audit and research within the radiology service and wider Trust

Requirements



  • Honors degree in Radiography or a related field
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience of working in a UK imaging department, with evidence of undertaking audit and evidence-based evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work accurately and calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, work accurately and calmly, and maintain confidentiality of patients and staff
  • Respected member of an existing team, with good team membership skills and the ability to act diplomatically in sensitive situations
