About the Role

We are seeking an experienced External Communications professional to join our team at Minster Law, a leading personal injury law firm based in Wakefield. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our market reputation with key external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The External Communications Manager will collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and the Executive team to identify, execute, and coordinate external communications aligned with our corporate communications strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and curating content for our website and social media channels
  • Overseeing the planning, creation, and dissemination of external communications
  • Conducting market research to understand brand perceptions and recommending necessary adjustments
  • Working collaboratively to identify, frame, and bring to life stories that support our vision and strengthen our reputation
  • Tracking and analysing the effectiveness of communications and campaigns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in external communication and marketing roles
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and execute successful communication programs
