About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our radiology research team at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the coordination of research activities, deliver research in terms of participant recruitment, image acquisition, data collection, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact within the department regarding audit and research issues.
  • Contribute towards the implementation and development of quality assurance programmes, including departmental audit.
  • Contribute towards the development of departmental policies and protocols.
  • Set up and maintain study site files.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with a BSc Radiography or relevant health science degree, HCPC registration, and evidence of continuous professional development. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a UK imaging department, undertaking audit and evidence-based evaluation, and complex clinical situations.

They will also have good team membership skills, ability to work accurately and calmly, and carry out concurrent activities. The successful candidate will be appointed to band 5 or 6 dependent on previous experience, with the agreement that they will be upgraded to band 6 on completion of a set of objectives.
