Your primary focus will be on maximizing growth opportunities through cross-selling within our medium-sized enterprise customers, while also managing and renewing existing customer business. You will lead and drive existing customer renewal sales cycles, partnering with Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Technical Account Managers on technical demonstrations and negotiation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the B2B space
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) metrics
  • Consistent quota attainment and proven success landing net-new logos and/or expanding in existing ones
  • Proven track record of pipeline generation, including prospecting and qualifying accounts
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
