BAFTA 195 Piccadilly is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Banqueting Manager to join their dynamic Front of House team.

Our Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the banqueting team, ensuring efficient service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including fine dining experiences and external hires.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance the member experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member queries and resolving any issues promptly.
