About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banqueting Floor Manager to join our team at the Royal Automobile Club. As a Banqueting Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our banqueting events, directing the team to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Chefs to ensure seamless event execution
  • Hold staff event briefings to ensure all team members are aware of event requirements
  • Ensure events run according to the specific requirements set out by the event organiser
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a luxury banqueting environment, working to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience of managing floor staff
  • Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experience at all times
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
