Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro rata for 35 weeks)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our team and coordinate various key events throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with senior staff, the Marketing Team, the Parent Staff Association, and the Facilities team to ensure every event reflects our school's values and high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan school events such as Open Days, Prizegiving ceremonies, alumni gatherings, and community events
  • Work closely with senior staff and other teams to ensure events meet our school's standards and values
  • Manage event budgets and logistics
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events

Requirements:

  • Degree in Event Management or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in events management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
