Mental Health Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our Learning Disability and Autism Outreach Team. This role involves leading a team of clinicians to provide high-quality care packages to vulnerable individuals across Devon. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
Main Duties- Lead a team of clinicians to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
- Collaborate with partner agencies, families, and care providers to ensure seamless care coordination
The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical knowledge, advanced clinical leadership skills, and be able to prioritise and manage workload. They should also have excellent safeguarding, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act knowledge, as well as advanced interpersonal, communication, formulation, and risk assessment skills.
